Monte Concali is the first five-star resort golf community on the ancient island of Sardinia. Unlike the island’s renowned coastal resorts, Monte Concali is cradled in the heart of the island, surrounded by spectacular vistas and historic sites. HGOR was commissioned to provide master planning, theming and design services for the new development. Throughout the life of the project, HGOR has taken great efforts to maintain the integrity of the surrounding land and culture.

The master plan skillfully integrates Monte Concali into Sardinia’s enriching fabric by the preservation of views, traditional agricultural land and 3,500-year-old cultural sites. Meanwhile, the master plan also offers residents and guests an outstanding hotel and spa as well as a variety of housing options, all sited to maximize the panoramic views.
