Buckhead Peachtree Streetscape
HGOR completed a redevelopment of a 15-block section of Peachtree Road in Atlanta’s prestigious Buckhead district. Prepared for the Buckhead Community Improvement District and developed together with community leaders, the design creates a world-class streetscape extending from Shadowlawn to Roxboro Road.
The scope of work for this extensive project includes significant pedestrian amenities as well as much needed roadway improvements carefully coordinated into an integrated whole. The finished product improves public safety, creates a clearly identifiable urban character and serves as a development catalyst for the heart of Buckhead.
