The divisional headquarter facilities will comprise two million square feet of office and support facilities on 137 acres of land in the rolling hills of suburban Charlotte, North Carolina. The plan focuses on preserving the natural beauty of the site while creating an outdoor living room for employees. The design abstracts the three distinct geographic regions of North Carolina.
